Manufacturing services

CNC stands for Computerized Numerical Control. CNC machining is a fabrication method where written code controls the machinery in the manufacturing process. The code determines everything from the movement of the cutting head and the part to spindle speed, RPMs, etc.
Producing high-quality molded parts consistently requires a combination of in-process inspections and controls.
Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process where resin in a barrel is heated to a molten state, then shot into a mold to form a final production-grade thermoplastic part. Injection molding is readily automated, allowing even small production runs to be done at a low cost per article.
Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly is the process of soldering electronic components onto bare boards. Electronic components installed on the bare board can be through-hole and/or surface mount (SMT).
If the assembly has both, it is sometimes referred to as a high-mix printed circuit board. PCB assembly is one segment of the electronic manufacturing process.
